Gallery of Mariam and Eranuhi Aslamazyan Sisters
In 1987, the gallery of the Aslamazian sisters was opened. It is included in the list of immovable monuments of history and culture of Gyumri. The gallery exhibits the sisters' painting, sculpture and graphic collection. More than 620 original works adorn the walls of the gallery and delight visitors.
After the 1988 earthquake, the building was temporarily given to the homeless people in Gyumri. Years later it becomes a gallery again.
Educational programs are quite often held in the "Maryam and Yeranuhi Aslamazian Sisters Gallery" in the form of courses and exercises. In order to promote art, the gallery conducts art therapy sessions in which ordinary people from different age groups participate.
One can also find illustrated bowls, dishes and candlesticks made by female artists.
